So many times, we get stuck in situations where we don’t know what to do or how to proceed in the given situation. Here are some life hacks that might work for you when you are stuck in some common situations of the kind:

When you are in conversation with someone and you are unsure as to whether they are interested in the conversation, the best thing is to fold your arms and see how they react. If they too do the same, it probably means that they are not interested in the conversation.

If you start laughing in the middle of an argument with someone, it will catch them off balance. They may even get mad. And, that could be an interesting way of winning an argument.

How can people who are forgetful or absent-minded check out whether they have already shampooed their hair. Just tug at the hair and pull it all the way to the end. If it makes a squeaky sound, it means that the hair has been shampooed.

For people with freckled faces, the best thing is to rub some lemon juice on to the freckles. When you do that, the freckles begin to fade away and they may disappear eventually.

The best way to open a conversation with a total stranger you meet at the bus stop is to talk about weather or something associated with weather that day. You may not believe it but this is how most people open their conversation with strangers.

The best way to avoid going broke is to stop using your credit cards. If you use cash for all your transactions, you will always know how much money is left with you and you can restrict wasteful expenditure.
The things we put away in a safe place are often difficult to find when we need them. We tend to forget where we put them. The way out is to put them in the place where you looked for it in the first place. Your natural instinct will take you there.

Most of us are in the habit of getting late for appointments no matter what. If you are someone who calls the office, friends, or family members to say that you are running late and you will take some more time to get there, always plan for getting there at least 15-20 minutes ahead of the appointed hour. My watch is always set 10 minutes ahead of the national time. Someone might argue that it would not work as I already know that my watch is 10 minutes fast. If you are one of them, let me tell you that it will work for the simple reason that most of our appointments are set for half-hours or full hours. The appointments are set for 4 O’clock or for 4.30 PM. And, we tend to forget that when we are in a hurry.

Hope this comes in handy sometime in the near future. And, I hope you get to use one of these hacks sooner than later.
