Time to Detox

We are born with a free built-in pathological lab inside our body. The diagnostics in our body monitors our body functions constantly and consistently and sends out warning signals whenever it detects something wrong in our body. These warning signs appear in the form of symptoms. It is important to recognize these symptoms and work towards physical and mental solutions while there is still some time left to do that.

If you are physically uncomfortable or mentally depressed, that could be an indication that you may be suffering from a build-up of toxicity. Please do not ignore these signals. They are very important and need to be addressed sooner or later. The sooner you address them, the better.

If you experience brain-fogging orfind yourself unable to focus on things that you want to, it is time to get to the bottom of this symptom. The same goes for other forms of memory problems. The odds are that there is a build-up of toxicity in your body. If you suffer from insomnia or bad breath, those are again indications of toxicity. If you come across any of these symptoms or those that you find in the following lines, it is time to look for solutions. In other words, it is time to detox.

If you feel tired and exhausted frequently, there’s got to be some reason. If you have a craving for sugar or experience signs of low and inconsistent energy levels, these need to be investigated. Caffeine addiction and binge eating or drinking could also lead to toxicity.

Skin ailments, sore muscles, irregular clearance of waste, build-up of gas etc. are all matters of concern because these are often caused by stress which results in toxicity.Unusual weight gain or weight loss should also be viewed seriously.

Mood swings, irritability and anxiety are also indicators of toxicity. Migraines and frequent headaches are issues that need to be addressed on an urgent basis.

Fluid retention is another indicator of toxicity and calls for immediate medical attention. If you ignore this for long, you may find it difficult to stand on your feet.

You need to keep tabs on anything that seems to be destroying you or your health. And, you have to address each of them as soon as possible. Otherwise, you will continue to suffer in silence and your toxic levels may snowball into something big. And, it would be very, very difficult to handle it when it grows out ofproportion. So, the sooner you start addressing them, the better. Remember the old adage: ‘A stitch in time saves nine!’
