You can do everything so long as you believe in yourself…so long as you believe that you can do it. Those who depend on others to move ahead in life seldom go far.

Remember: the dense forests you see might have made a humble beginning with just one tree.

All it takes is one genuine smile to start a friendship. And, you know very well that smile is contagious. Think of all the friends you can make with your smile.

One vow may lead to success. Success depends on how resolute you are. It lies in your capability to translate your resolve into action.

If you lend a helping hand to a needy person at the most desperate movement of that person, that might not only bail out that person from that difficult situation but also lift the person’s soul to a new high.

The important point in achieving success is to define your goal in life. Even one word could define that goal for you. It need not be a long winding definition.

All the darkness in the world cannot subdue a single ray of light. But the light emanating from a single candle can rip through pitch darkness.

Even when people are in a state of deep depression, a single peel of laughter might bring great relief to the depressed person and help that person conquer the spate of gloom.Even in hopeless situations, just a single ray of hope can boost your spirits.

If you care for someone, let that person know that you care. Just a healing touch at a moment of helplessness might speak volumes about your care for that person.

People who work tirelessly for the cause of living beings and mother earth never wait for others to help form a group or organisation to fight for the cause. They set out on their own and plough a lonely furrow till others join in on their own and turn it into a mass movement.

Come to think of it—one person can make all the difference to this world. History is witness to the fact that when things go from bad to worse, all it took was just one person who stood up and decided to fight against injustice. Who knows? You may be the chosen one.

Most revolutions that have changed this world were started by one person. So, each one of us has it in us to work towards making this world a better place for all to live in. You can do it if you decide to do it.
