You Can Rebuild Yourself

If things go wrong, take heart. Do not despair. Do not lose hope. You can rebuild your life just as you can rebuild your body if you keep your hopes alive. Your hope can work wonders for you. No matter how much you have suffered in your life, life always gives you a second chance—it is called tomorrow. The setting Sun will return to the sky when dawn breaks.

Make a suitable recovery plan and work on it and wait for the dawn. Then put that plan to action. Everything will work out. Your winter blues come to an end when spring arrives. And, your summer blues come to an end when monsoon arrives. No matter how long the tunnel is…there is light at the end of the tunnel.

If you take a close look at nature, you will find that birds and animals that fail to raise a family during spring get a second chance to do that during monsoon because the temperatures are similar during these seasons. Spring is the transitional period between winter and summer just as monsoon is the transitional period between summer and winter. Both the seasons are amenable for courtship and breeding.

When it comes to human beings, we are capable of rebuilding 98% of our body in less than 365 days. And it takes less than two years to rebuild the entire body. Every cell in our body dies after a certain period of time but it is replaced by new cells. Every day, some part of our body is being rebuilt. In fact, rebuilding is a 24 X 7, 365 days a year process for our body.

Our DNA is renewed every two months. It takes one month to rebuild our skin. Our blood takes four months to rebuild itself. Similarly, our brain takes one year to rebuild itself. Our liver rebuilds itself in six weeks. The lining in our stomach rebuilds itself in a matter of five days. Our body rebuilds our skeleton in three months.

So, don’t lose heart. For everything that we are losing, there is a rebuilding process that runs counter to that. The process of our loss and the rebuilding process run parallel to each other. Repose your trust in the process and let the natural process take over from there. Everything will work out fine.
